I was very pleased with service @Dinosaur tire today with their exceptional customer service given Samantha made me felt @ home. And their technician worked fast and safe getting my car done in time for me to head on to work. I'll most definitely be back...

I picked up a nail in my tire this morning and ended up running late for work. Even though Samantha was on a call when I arrived, she immediately acknowledged me with, "I'll be with you shortly." After I explained my situation, she quickly gave me a couple of options and proactively had one of the technicians take care of my tire right away. In less than 25 minutes, my tire was professionally patched, and I was back on the road headed to work. Exceptional customer service is hard to find, and that's exactly what I experienced today. I highly recommend Dinosaur Tires—they truly go above and beyond to take care of their customers! ✨🚗

Amazing experience. I had a flat tire on my 2025 Porsche cayenne and no other shop had the specialty tire in stock but they were able to find something in their inventory. I called 5 shops before them. They patched another spot for only $20.

I dont usually leave reviews but this issue deserves to be called out! Less than a year after purchasing rims and tires from this shop, Tire was completely ripped apart all the way in a circle and cause my rim to crack. That's not normal wear and tear, that's a serious safety issue. When I reached out, I expected some level of accountability or at least professionalism, the lady that answered the phone told me to come in, and when I did, I was met with rudeness and dismissive behavior. I ask to speak with the manager and was greeted by the “owner” Sam who acted even worst, I was so surprised and disappointed i left their property! It's one thing for a product to fail, but it's another thing entirely for a business to treat a paying customer like they don't matter when something goes wrong. If you're considering buying from here, just know that once they've got your money, don't expect support if there's a problem. I gave them the opportunity to make it right, and they completely dropped the ball. I would strongly recommend taking your business somewhere that actually stands behind their products and treats customers with basic respect.

Had a wonderful experience a Dinosaur Tire. The entire staff was very welcoming very friendly. They took time to try numerous different types of Rims and tires on my vehicle till we reached the ones I fell in love with. Chloe even gave me a ride home to avoid the wait and grab another vehicle. They’ve been right there to assist with any questions I’ve had since and promised me protection and rotation. Thank you for the hospitality and helping my transform my Jeep more to my liking look forward to working with you in the Future
